Custom Orders, Shipping, Returns, wholesale

Custom Orders & Commissions

  • Custom orders and commissions will require a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%, but this will be handled on a case-by-case basis) 

  • Please contact me at stefania.creative@gmail.com or use the contact button to reach out. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Pieces that are premade and directly purchased from the shop are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days 

  • Processing times for custom orders and commissions will be expressed during the order process

  • All items are shipped priority with tracking and insurance. Once your order is processed and shipped, your estimated delivery is within 1-3 business days.

  • At this time, we are only shipping in the US 

  • If you would like to place an order and need your item expedited, please contact me directly.

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your piece, you may return it within 7 days. Customer is responsible for shipping, and refund will be processed after the piece is returned in the same condition it was sent. 

All commissions and custom pieces cannot be exchanged or returned 

Wholesale & Consignment

Wholesale options are available to retailers. If you are a retailer, gallery, or any other business interested in adding my work to your space, please contact me directly.
